This allows the management and monitoring of payment operations where employees enable the opening of the checkout compartments with their electronic keys and insert cases identifiable by embedded tags at the end of their shifts. The system can thus detect the transfer and record the deposit carried out together with the name of the person making it and the time. At the moment of withdrawal by the appointed person, the system generates a report with a summary of the payment and the withdrawal operation and delivers it by email to the designated recipients. The cases can be customised.
Atena la cassa continua intelligente
#Atena permette di gestire e controllare le operazioni di versamento dove gli addetti, a fine turno, tramite la propria chiave elettronica, abilitano l’apertura del vano della cassaforte e introducono degli astucci identificabili tramite tag incorporato. Il sistema è in grado così di rilevarne il passaggio e registrare a storico il versamento effettuato, il nominativo di chi lo ha effettuato e l’orario. Al momento del prelievo da parte degli incaricati, il sistema genera un report con il riepilogo delle operazioni di versamento e prelievo e lo recapita via email ai destinatari designati. Gli astucci possono essere personalizzati.
